
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all projects undertaken by Rizal & Colleagues (“we,” “us,” “our”) on behalf of clients (“you,” “Client”). By purchasing any service or submitting a project intake form, you agree to these Terms in full.
We provide landing page copywriting, strategic design, and conversion optimization services as described at the point of purchase. Our services cover the landing page only. We do not manage ad campaigns, build full funnels, or provide ongoing marketing management unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3.1 Full payment is due at the time of purchase before any work begins.
3.2 All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
3.3 By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
4.1 Before project kick-off. If you request a cancellation before submitting your intake questionnaire, you are entitled to a full refund.
4.2 After project kick-off. Once you have submitted your intake questionnaire and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. At that point, our performance guarantee (Section 6) applies in place of a refund.
4.3 Non-participation. If you fail to submit your intake questionnaire within 14 days of purchase without prior communication, we reserve the right to close the project. No refund will be issued in this case.
The performance of your landing page depends in part on your actions as a client. You agree to:
5.1 Complete the intake questionnaire within 5 business days of receiving it, providing accurate and complete information about your offer, target audience, and business goals.
5.2 Drive qualified traffic. You must be capable of sending at least 1,000 qualified visitors to your new landing page within the 30-day post-launch window. “Qualified traffic” means visitors with genuine interest in your offer, arriving via a stable, consistent paid traffic source. We cannot measure or guarantee results without sufficient traffic volume.
5.3 Maintain your traffic source. You must keep your ad campaigns active and consistent throughout the testing period. We cannot be held responsible for performance changes caused by paused campaigns, dramatically reduced ad spend, or traffic source changes during the testing window.
5.4 Submit revision feedback on time. Revision requests must be submitted within 4 business days of receiving each deliverable. Feedback submitted after this window may delay the project and affect guarantee eligibility.
5.5 Provide necessary assets. You are responsible for supplying any brand assets, existing copy, product information, and access credentials required for the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by late asset delivery are not our responsibility.
6.1 What we guarantee. We guarantee a minimum 25% improvement in your landing page conversion rate, measured over a 30-day post-launch window via A/B split-testing against your original page.
6.2 How it’s measured. Results are measured exclusively through A/B split-testing, where your original page and new page run simultaneously on the same traffic source. This is the only valid measurement method under this guarantee.
6.3 If the benchmark is not met. If your new page does not achieve a 25% improvement within the 30-day window, we will continue optimizing the page at no additional cost until it does, provided all conditions in this section are met.
6.4 Conditions that must be met for the guarantee to apply:

6.6 Offer-level issues. If, during our work, we determine that the primary conversion problem is your offer rather than the landing page, we will notify you in writing. In this case, the guarantee does not apply and we will work with you to determine a fair resolution.
7.1 Your project includes 3 rounds of revisions following initial delivery.
7.2 A “revision round” is defined as one consolidated set of feedback submitted via Basecamp. Multiple feedback items submitted at the same time count as one round. Separate feedback submissions count as separate rounds.
7.3 Revisions beyond 3 rounds. Additional revision requests beyond the 3 included rounds will be accommodated where possible, but the performance guarantee will no longer apply. At that point, we are implementing your direction rather than executing our strategy, and results cannot be guaranteed.
7.4 Revision requests must be submitted within 4 business days of receiving each deliverable. Requests submitted after this window may be treated as a new round.
8.1 Upon receipt of full payment and project completion, you own all deliverables produced for your project, including copy and design files.
8.2 We retain the right to reference your project as part of our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
8.3 You represent that all materials, assets, and information you provide to us do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You indemnify Rizal & Colleagues against any claims arising from materials you supply.
9.1 We target delivery of your initial build within 7 business days of receiving your completed intake questionnaire and all required assets.
9.2 Timelines may be affected by delayed feedback, late asset delivery, or circumstances outside our control. We will communicate any delays promptly via Basecamp.
9.3 We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. The 7-day timeline is a target, not a contractual deadline.
10.1 All project communication after kick-off takes place via Basecamp. We are not responsible for missed updates or delays caused by failure to monitor Basecamp.
10.2 Pre-project communication takes place via email.
11.1 Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the project.
11.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption.
11.3 We do not guarantee any specific revenue outcome. Conversion rate improvement is not a guarantee of profitability, as results depend on factors outside our control including your offer, pricing, traffic quality, and market conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Garut, Indonesia.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern your project.
