I help solo founders and small teams build and maintain the technical marketing layer of their business. I fix what’s broken and automate manual workflows so your business runs smoothly and you never have to spend another night “figuring out the tech” yourself.
You didn’t start this business to troubleshoot Zapier errors or manage CRM integrations.
But right now, you’re the one arguing with ChatGPT at 11 PM because an automation workflow acts up right before a launch. You’re also the one trying to figure out why a pixel didn’t trigger when a lead joined your list.
Instead of focusing on your clients, you are stuck wrestling with a tech stack that is connected, but barely.
You aren’t at the stage where it makes sense to hire a full-time Marketing Ops lead, but you’re too busy to keep managing the tech yourself.
I become the person who owns your marketing systems. I build what you need, fix what is broken, and keep everything connected. You brief me once, and I take it from there.
No more late nights troubleshooting. No more half-working automations. Just a marketing layer that does what it is supposed to do.
Quietly, reliably, and in the background.
Tell Me What’s Broken
Send over a few notes or a quick Loom video. This doesn’t need to be a technical brief or a perfect explanation of what is wrong. Just show me your current workflow and tell me what you want to happen. I’ll take it from there.
I Map Out The Solution
I look at your current setup (or your goals if you’re starting from scratch), and find the most efficient path forward. If you’re not sure which tools you need, I handle the research and recommend the best option for your budget, in plain language, not tech jargon.
I Build It. You Focus On Your Business.
I execute the build, connect the tools, and run the tests. Once everything is live and working, you’re free to get back to your business, without ever having to touch the tech yourself.
A UK-based spiritual healing charity needed a membership area, but their payment tool had no WordPress integration. Without a system, every signup would have been handled by hand.
47 members onboarded automatically in the first week. No manual data entry. No emails sent by hand. The system has run quietly in the background ever since.
The Harry Edwards Foundation is a world-renowned spiritual healing sanctuary and registered charity based in the Surrey Hills, UK. Operating for over 75 years, the foundation provides holistic healing services, runs a dedicated Healer Training Academy, and hosts workshops and community events for individuals worldwide.
The foundation wanted to launch a membership area for their supporters, but their tools didn’t talk to each other. They used Zeffy for payments, but Zeffy has no native WordPress integration.
Without a system in place, launching would have meant manually creating hundreds of accounts and sending password resets by hand. As a non-profit, they also needed to avoid the high recurring costs of heavyweight membership plugins that come with features they don’t actually need.
The client handed me a rough vision of the membership flow. I took it from there.
I chose Zapier as the bridge between Zeffy and WordPress, the fastest way to connect the two without overengineering the solution.
What I didn’t know upfront was that Zeffy’s Zapier integration isn’t publicly listed. It required a private invitation link, offered only two basic triggers, and delivered membership data in raw list format that needed additional formatting steps before it was usable. I worked through each limitation until the connection was solid.
From there, I wrote custom PHP snippets to handle automatic user registration inside WordPress.
The system launched successfully. In the first week, 47 new members registered through Zeffy, every one of them automatically received a WordPress account, filtered by membership level, with a custom password reset email sent instantly.
The foundation now has a professional membership area that runs quietly in the background. No manual data entry. No manual emails. No expensive annual software fees.
The business was generating leads through free products but her Wishpond setup was fragmented. The path from sign-up to sale existed in theory, it just didn’t work in practice.
The automations now convert free sign-ups into revenue without them touching the technical logic. They focus on their clients. The system handles the rest.
Emma is a wellness expert and the founder of The Breath Effect, a New Zealand-based business specializing in breathing techniques, resilience, and stress management. She offers a range of digital products, from pilates videos to intensive 5-day courses.
Emma was generating leads through her free products, but her email automation system in Wishpond was fragmented. The process for converting those leads into sales was untidy and lacked a clear structure. She had the strategy and the copy ready, but she was struggling to get the technical “engine” up and running in a way that was effective and reliable.
I took over the Wishpond setup to refine and tidy the entire automation process. My first step was creating a comprehensive email workflow summary to give Emma a clear bird’s-eye view of her customer journey for the first time.
I then executed the technical setup for her free courses, newsletters, and event sign-ups. I collaborated directly with her local copywriter to ensure the technical logic perfectly supported the sales strategy.
The result was a streamlined system that turned free sign-ups into revenue. The automations now run quietly in the background, converting leads into sales without Emma having to manage the technical logic herself.
A brand was minutes away from wiring $2,000 to an influencer with fake engagement. Manual vetting had missed it. The off-the-shelf platforms had missed it too.
The tool caught engagement patterns no one had noticed, and stopped the payment in time. The brand kept their $2,000 and the campaign ran with a creator who actually converted.
This project began when a KOL specialist friend asked if I could use an LLM to summarize influencer video content in bulk. While a simple summary is easy to build, it doesn’t solve the real problem: the financial risk of hiring influencers with fake engagement. I realized that to protect a brand’s budget, we didn’t need a summary. We needed a quantitative investigative engine.
Manual vetting is slow and often inaccurate. Most platforms provide surface-level stats that are easily faked. To truly verify an influencer, a specialist has to spend hours manually reviewing transcripts and checking for coordinated growth patterns. One bad hire can cost a brand thousands of dollars in wasted fees and brand-safety risks.
I built a custom vetting engine that does what off-the-shelf platforms cannot. The tool uses Python to analyze the 10 most recent videos from any creator and applies tier-based investigative logic:
The system outputs a comprehensive risk scorecard directly into a Notion database, allowing teams to make a “Go or No-Go” decision based on data rather than a hunch.
On the first real-world run, the tool flagged an influencer that a brand was about to sign for a major campaign. The system detected high volatility scores and a strong engagement pod signal.
The brand was minutes away from wiring a $2,000 fee for a shoutout. The tool stopped them.
What started as a custom script is now a productized vetting service for agencies and brands running KOL campaigns in the health, wellness, beauty, and pet verticals.

I bridge the gap between the words and the code.
Most systems builders only think in logic flows. They build the automation, write a generic “Welcome” email, and call it done. Because I understand marketing and conversion copywriting, I know that every touchpoint is a conversion moment.
I work while you sleep.
Based on GMT+7, I am effectively working ahead of your day. You can send a request at the end of your afternoon, and in many cases, the solution is built, tested, and ready for you by the time you start your morning. I turn your downtime into a 24-hour productivity cycle.
I operate with total autonomy.
I don’t need an infrastructure or a project manager to be productive. I’ve built my own tools and managed complex systems for global foundations. You don’t have to “babysit” my progress or provide technical hand-holding. You brief me once and I take it from there.
I am a fractional expert, not a full-time overhead.
You get the technical depth and ownership of a full-time Marketing Ops lead without the six-figure salary or the management headache. I provide a high-level technical layer for your business on a flexible, scalable basis.
If you are tired of being the tech support for your own business, I am ready to take the burden off your plate. Whether you need a one-time build or someone to own the technical layer of your business long-term, let’s start with a conversation.
What does your current setup actually look like?
Send me a quick note or a Loom video describing where you are stuck. Tell me what tools you are using and what you want to achieve. I’ll review your situation and let you know if I’m the right person to help you fix it.
